Your redeemed item should have arrived in the mail. Go to one of the red mailboxes or click the red flag that should have popped up next to your mini-map and check your inbox. If you redeem a code for an item, follow the same procedure and log in to the game afterward. You should see a message telling you that you have successfully redeemed the code. When the code is in the box, you can click on Redeem.

Ensure that the code is still valid and that there are no spelling mistakes or spaces in front or after the code. You will be directed to a page where you can enter the code.
